I do know tht as I hav the latest Typica menu during the grand launch of bestfoodjunction.com. I havent been to Typica yet but hav tried the real Kopi Luwak from my friend who brought back from Indonesia a while ago.

Hi, I can ask my friend to spare you a cup & for you to take photograph the coffee beans but you might have to pay him as it is not cheap.
Also, you might be interested to get a clip of Moses Chan talking on Kopi Luwak if you watch Coffee Confidential @ Astro channel 311 every Sunday. That’s what I can do to help you in your assignment.

I know that Typica Cafe in Shaw Parade, Pudu @ KL is going to offer Kopi Luwak soon. But I am not sure if it is the real thing or whether it is very expensive & is justifiable by the quality in the cup.

Why are you looking for Kopi Luwak? I will want to try if only the quality of coffee beans is good, not because that it comes out from the digestion system of the Civet Cats. Of coz, the major benefit, the coffee is less bitter & less acidic but in the process, the coffee loses body & sweetness.
