If you plan to come over to watch the competition, bring with you a business card, preferably related to food industry. I am not really sure how you can come to Hall 6 &amp; register with the counter as it starts very early at 8am.

Since you are sensitive to milk, there&#039;s not really need for an espresso machine unless you can afford of the luxury of having one or crave for espresso every day.

You can use other brewing methods, which is also can brew a nice cup of coffee as long as the coffee beans you used is fresh enough &amp; using a good quality burr grinder will definitely help. The &quot;Italian brewer&quot; you refer is a Moka pot. Try to google Aeropress, which is very good in my opinion &amp; can make you a very nice Americano. And the coffee is much cleaner than from the Moka pot (meaning less fines in the cup).</description>

		<description>hei... how coincidental that i were to find this blog... i am going to be draggd by my cousin, Jane, to watch the barista competition on friday.. at the expo.

was jst surfing the internet to find some recommendations for coffee, and personally, i don&#039;t like the espresso coffee in starbucks, nor coffee bean. the frap is okay though.

never did realise why it ws so bitter until now.. lol. jst didn&#039;t know it was because the coffee grade wasn&#039;t very good..  i did learn a thing or two abt using the espresso machine when i was in sydney.

i helped out in a cafe for about three days when i was trying to look for a job, and had a bit of hands on in brewing the milk, and coffee. unpaid slave you may say. i also volunteered to brew coffee at the Hillsong church in sydney for a while, so i had a bit more follow-up exprience frm there.

i wanted to get a coffee machine, but then i realised that i had lactose intolerance, so it is a bit difficult, as espresso with soy based brewed milk doesn&#039;t have that much of the oomph, and is a bit hard to digest.

yeah, i have that &quot;italian type&quot; brewer which has to be boiled on the fire. well, better than nothing, anyways.</description>
